March Break Open Gym and Swim

Ages 7 – 17

Please drop the kids off at the Sports and Wellness Centre (SWC) for 11 am. NFC staff will greet everyone at the SWC front doors.

We will enjoy open gym time from 11 am to 12:20 (basketball, soccer, volleyball) and then enjoy some swim time; 12:30 to 1:30

After swimming, we will have a brown bag lunch provided by NFC.

Please be sure to pick up your kids at 3 p.m. at the Sports and Wellness Centre.

Please be sure to pack your swimsuit; towel; indoor gym shoes and gym/athletic wear (for open gym). Questions? Call Michaela or Courtney
