Food Box Program

NOTICE:  The Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre wants to improve access to healthy for you and your family. We are offering a choice between ONE of two boxes.

Box #1 – Staples Box – food that will keep in your pantry or fridge such as bread, rice, pasta, canned goods and possible some fruit and vegetables (Value $17 – available 2nd Wednesday of the month)

Box #2 – Fresh Produce Box – a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables (value $22 – available 4th Wednesday of the month)

Cost is $ 2 to $5 (depending on your choice). Your order and money must be received by the 1st Monday of the month (April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th)

Requirements: 1 – must attend at least one (1) NFC program; 2) Register and make payment on time (1st of each month); 3) must pick up your box on scheduled days; and 4) must self-identify as low income individual or family.
