The purpose of this program is to support healthy nutrition by providing opportunities to plan, prepare and cook easy snacks and meals as well as promote knowledge and awareness and understanding of the benefits of healthy eating.
If you are between ages 10- 14yrs please join us on October 17th, 2017 @ Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre from 5:30 – 7pm. If interested please call to sign up . Only 10 Spots available.
